If you
KNOW just one thing today:

Love and gratitude are the two most powerful forces in our universe.

You cannot hold a negative thought while you are feeling gratitude. It’s an impossibility. That’s because these two energies contradict.

The same is true of love. In fact, love is the driving force behind all positive creation.

So doesn’t it make sense that you would use these two forces to create your life of meaning? To create your life of contribution? To create your best self?

Of course it does : )

So then why is so much energy being spent on resentment, anger, worry, fear, jealousy, criticism, judgement, regret and bitterness?  Hmmm….

Kinda seems stupid doesn’t it?

And if you agree that what you put out there is exactly what you get back… doesn’t it also make sense that the ONLY thing you should put out there is more LOVE?

Of course it does : )

If you DO just one thing today:

As if I even need to say it … spread more LOVE : D    free hugs

Kind of a nice way to end the week, dontcha think?  See ya Monday kids! xoxoxo
